1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClearWeb (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Free App — No Warranty

ClearWeb is provided free of charge and "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the App will meet your requirements;
• That operation will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• That defects will be corrected.

You use the App at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

Because ClearWeb is provided free of charge, our maximum liability for any claim related to the App is $0. You agree not to seek monetary damages from us.

This includes — but is not limited to — claims related to:

• Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to bookmarks, favorites, tabs, or browsing history (whether stored locally or in iCloud);
• App malfunctions, crashes, or failures;
• Web content encountered while browsing (e.g., misinformation, malware, illegal material);
• Ad-blocking failures or site breakage caused by adblock rules.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for backing up your data (e.g., bookmarks, history).
• If you disable encryption, your data may be stored unencrypted — and we are not liable if such data is accessed by others.
• You agree not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities.

5. Third-Party Content & Services

ClearWeb is a browser — we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for:

• Any website content you visit;
• Third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, iCloud);
• Ad-blocking rules downloaded from external sources (including accuracy or reliability).

You assume all risks when browsing the web.

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA — without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, rather than in court. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU/UK law.

9. In App Purchase & Subscriptions

ClearWeb Pro may be offered as auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions, and/or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in App Store account settings. Optional local notifications may be used for free-trial reminders if you grant notification permission.
